FRONT DESK TEAM
underground front desk Team Members are passionate, positive, and hard-working individuals with a love for health and fitness. this position is part-time and you must have at least 3 days of availability. all Team Members are in alignment with and supportive of the underground brand and provide a fun client-focused experience while maintaining professionalism.
the front desk Team is the first friendly face that clients experience when entering the studio and are there to assist new clients, ensuring they are set up properly and comfortable. In addition, they are responsible for supporting the instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process, cleaning the studio according to a checklist provided and keeping the class flow running smoothly. Team Members must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced customer service centered environment. They report to the Operations Manager and/or Studio owners.
availability
Willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have the ability to attend one staff meeting per quarter.
Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with the availability to work one Saturday or Sunday a week.
