Our suite is located on the southwest corner of the complex. The entrance to our suite is directly across from covered parking space 44.

Parking
Find any uncovered parking space with "Guest Parking" or no signage. Most of the uncovered spaces are found along the very south perimeter of the complex. *Monday through Friday only.


Rental Shoes
We currently have a limited number of rental shoes available. Our bikes are compatible with SPD and Look Delta Cleats (Peloton compatible shoes). We have 10 bikes with toe cages, if you need one of these bikes please arrive early. 


Towels and Water
Water bottles and towels are available for purchase.

Scheduling
If you haven't done so already, please create an account on our website or mobile app, select the package or membership that best meets your needs and navigate to Class Schedules where you can reserve a class and select your bike. Classes go live every Monday at 12pm for the following week!  Be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our emails so you get the 411 on announcements and special offers.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

To cancel a UGDPHX class you reserved using a class credit, you may do so without penalty by canceling online, via the mobile app, or by calling the studio SIX HOURS before your scheduled class. If your bike is canceled by this time, your class credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel your bike within SIX HOURS of your class, the credit will be returned to your account and you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee.

To cancel a UGDPHX class you reserved using an unlimited membership, you may do so without penalty by canceling online, via the mobile app, or by calling the studio SIX HOURS before your scheduled class. If you cancel your bike within SIX HOURS of your class, you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee. If you do not have a working card on file, your account will be temporarily frozen until you update the card on file, at which time the late cancellation fee will be charged, and your account will be reinstated.

Cancellations via electronic mail (email), Facebook Messenger or Instagram will not be taken, and you will be charged.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS:

You may cancel any UGDPHX unlimited membership at any time after the THREE-month minimum commitment has been reached BY EMAILING SUP@UGDPHX.COM 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT BILLING CYCLE. ONCE A MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CHARGED NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

NO-SHOW POLICIES

Should you no-show to a UGDPHX class you reserved using a class credit, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. If you do not have a working card on file, the credit will be forfeited.

Should you no-show to a UGDPHX class you reserved using an unlimited membership, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. If you do not have a working card on file, your account will be frozen until you update your card. Once we update your card on file, the $10 no-show fee will be charged and your account will be reinstated.

Please be aware that we release bikes EXACTLY THREE minutes before the start of class to those on the waitlist. If you are running late, please call the studio and speak with a front desk staff member to ensure we hold your bike. If you check in to class via the app and do not come to class, you’ll be charged in accordance with the details above.

WAITLIST POLICY

If you book multiple classes or waitlist multiple classes, you are solely responsible for canceling your classes within the bounds of the cancellation policy. UGDPHX staff cannot be held responsible for accidental bookings by clients or double bookings or double waitlisted classes made by clients. Late cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of the cancellation policy for double bookings.

The system will auto-populate clients into class from the waitlist as other clients with confirmed spots cancel and bikes will be assigned as such up to ONE HOUR before the start of class. **This means if you fall asleep and you are on the waitlist, there is a chance you will wake up and have a spot in class. You will receive an email that you have a spot (if you have email enabled in your settings), or your Underground mobile app will be updated with your spot number. you are solely responsible for canceling your classes within the bounds of the cancellation policy.

UGDPHX staff will add walk-in, waitlisted clients in the order in which they were added to the waitlist by the computer system, top to bottom, and EXACTLY THREE minutes before the start of class. There is no waitlist priority given for early arrival.
